We’ll help you reach your fitness goals. NFWA classes are high intensity and non-contact. You’ll do all the punching, and we’ll teach you how to throw them correctly. At NWFA we take pride in being the most approachable gym in the area. Stop by and say hello, we know you’ll feel as at home here as you do in your living room.

Is boxing a female friendly sport?
